This website runs on infrastructure operated by NCON Network itself. When you visit the site, the server automatically processes technical data sent by your browser — including your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, and your browser type and version.

This data is processed to keep the service running reliably and to defend against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). [retention period for server logs to be added]

The contact form processes the details it asks for: name, email address, and message, plus company, phone number, and chosen topic where provided. A field hidden from human visitors is used only to detect automated spam submissions and stays empty during regular use.

Your details are sent to NCON Network by email and used there to handle your request; they are not stored in a database. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where the request serves pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling incoming requests).

To guard against misuse, the server keeps the sending IP address in memory for a short time (15 minutes) to enforce a rate limit. This data is not stored permanently and is never written to disk (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in preventing abuse).

This website loads the Geist Sans and Geist Mono fonts locally, served from our own server. There is no connection to third-party font providers, and no personal data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
